• Delaware County Tourism will add all listings that we believe will attract visitors to the county into the listings on greatwesterncatskills.com.
• Major events are submitted to I Love New York as well. See the criteria for what is consdiered a major event below.
• Events must be legally operated according to NYS tax, health, and local city codes, laws, and regulations.
• Virtual events are accepted from attractions that have current listings on the I LOVE NY website if the event complies with other requirements above.
• If you think your event will attract visitors from outside of the County and you would like your event listed on greatwesterncatskills.com, you can send us information about this event to tourism@greatwesterncatskills.com, or you can submit the event yourself by visiting the event section of the website and finding the SUBMIT YOUR EVENT button here.

Event Information to Submit

• Descriptions should be between 250 and 1500 characters.
• Please make sure you are submitting all the information. Do not assume anyone knows where the venue is located. We are talking to visitors on this website.
• Like I Love New York, we reserve the right to reject or rewrite any listing that does not have a compelling headline or description.
• We need at least one photo that meets quality specifications which must be submitted for an event to be considered for inclusion.
• We will accept images with graphics or text for events only but we always prefer a compelling photo over images with text.
